Dawn has worked in the health and safety sector for over 14 years after a long career working in the NHS. Dawn founded Compliance Health and Safety in 2013 and is a Director of other health and safety companies.
Dawn enjoys bird watching, walking her dog, fine dining and city breaks.
Paul Heys
Director of Operations
Paul has worked for over a decade with Compliance Health & Safety, during this time he has achieved his Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety.
Paul balances his career with a passion for training and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys quality time socialising with friends and family.
Gillian Beattie
Health & Safety Advisor
Gillian is an IOSH member and Health and Safety consultant supporting clients in multiple sectors including health care, manufacturing, and SME’s. She focuses on compliance implementation across all levels of the organisation.

Stephen Bickerton
Health & Safety Advisor
Stephen has been a qualified Health & Safety professional since 2005 and has over 20yrs experience working within numerous COMAH establishments and other hazardous industries.
Enjoys all sports and keeping fit at every opportunity. Spends the majority of his spare time walking the dog on treks to the local park.
Georgia Willis
Finance Assistant
Georgia started with Compliance Group in 2022. She started out as our admin assistant and has worked her way up to be a valued member of the finance team.
When she is not working, Georgia loves spending time with her 3 cats and walking her black labrador in North Wales and the Lakes. She loves spending time with her family on her days off.
Callum Hannaford
Apprentice Health & Safety Advisor
Callum is new to the Health & Safety sector, having joined the Compliance Health & Safety team in December 2024 as part of a two-year SHE Technician Apprenticeship. He is also currently working towards achieving his NEBOSH General Certificate to further strengthen his knowledge and qualifications in the field.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys walking his Jack Russell Terrier in the local country park, reading crime fiction, travelling, and exploring new places.
